Mike Weightman. Having worked in the IT industry for over 20 years on both sides of the supplier/customer relationship, Mike has seen first-hand how focussing the company on its two most important sets of stakeholders - its customers and its people - ensures successful long-term partnerships and a healthy business. Get the right people in place and the end result is satisfied customers. Mike has incorporated his commercial and management expertise into the core principles that underpin Luminary's day-to-day working practices.

David Postle. An expert in the effective use of the JEE and .NET environments to deliver business solutions, David manages the growing Java and .NET practices within Luminary and acts as Luminary's chief architect.

Steph Byrnes. Steph joined Luminary in 2004 as one of Luminary's senior technical specialists, specialising in business analysis, and project and programme management. With over 20 years in the IT industry, Steph has used her commercial and management experience to develop Luminary's Quality System, which helps to ensure that the processes and procedures used add value to customers' projects.

Richard Smith. Richard is a founder member of Luminary and has over a decade of experience in the IT industry. His unparalleled enthusiasm for new technology has seen him play a key part in the development of Luminary's technology standards and libraries on which Luminary builds its projects. Richard has successfully transitioned into a pre-sales role where his ability to convey IT concepts to a non-IT audience has proved invaluable.

Neil Warnock. A regular speaker at technical conferences at home and abroad, Neil has performed successful leading edge technical work in the area of application servers, SOA, data integration, and disparate display technologies. An advocate of clarity in design, Neil has an outstanding track record in delivering -- and ensuring the delivery of -- high ROI business solutions.

Mike Prollins. With over 20 years experience at senior levels across UK industry, Mike strongly believes that establishing no-nonsense business relationships ensures that customers return for repeat business. This is the reason why 70% of Luminary's work is repeat business from satisfied customers.
