Luminary staff are skilled in the long term support and maintenance of major operational systems. Our SystemCare methodology helps to ensure there are no surprises by structuring project initiation and knowledge transfer, and formalising SLAs and metrics.

Software Quality

Luminary has partnered with Parasoft, a leading vendor of code quality management tools, to provide a solution that allows customers to set up objective, measurable metrics to measure and improve the quality of delivered application code. These code quality metrics can then be built in to a project contract, and used as another criterion that must be met for acceptance of the software.

In addition to helping customers implement these tools across the whole spectrum of their development projects - both internal and outsourced - Luminary also uses these quality measurement and enhancement tools on its own development projects, and provides measurements such as the percentage of code covered by unit tests as added value during these projects.

Mobile Enablement

The mobile enablement of existing back office corporate data and systems can significantly improve or increase the speed of existing business processes. We have the methodology, the design patterns and prebuilt templates necessary to deliver high ROI mobile solutions.
