LEEDS, UK January 2007- Luminary Solutions, the bespoke systems integration specialist, has just
marked another successful year by moving to new and substantially larger
offices.
Luminary enjoyed significant growth in 2006, expanding both its customer base
and its technical capabilities, and the company now employs over 30 technical
specialists. During the year it became an Ingres Partner, a Parasoft Partner
and a Microsoft Certified Partner, and won a prestigious UK National
Training Award. The move to the larger offices in Pavilion Business Park will help
facilitate Luminary's policy of continual organic growth.
Operations Director, Mike Weightman, is very pleased with progress: "The new
premises mean we have space for dedicated training facilities, new customer
meeting rooms, and improved video-conferencing facilities. Financially,
Luminary is debt-free with cash reserves and we continue to reinvest profits into
our programme of sustainable, scalable growth."
Luminary continues to expand its technical capabilities in Java, .NET and Ingres
technologies, in order to support its key business propositions - Business
Intelligence, bespoke systems integration, and specialist services for Ingres
customers. Weightman believes this will be the last wholesale move for some
time, but that doesn't mean the company plans to stop expanding. "Distinct
business practices are emerging to support our propositions and so as we grow, it
is likely that additional premises will be acquired in future."
Mike Prollins, Luminary's Chairman said: "This year's growth - and the
investment we have made in our new office facilities - is down to the dedication and
hardwork invested by all at Luminary. During this year we have refined our
delivery processes and developed an exceptional team of people focused on
working in partnership with our customers. This industry is all about delivery and
reputation. The volume of Luminary's repeat business speaks for itself."
